**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Design visually appealing graphics for static Instagram posts using tools such as Adobe Creator and Canva.
- Develop dynamic short videos, such as Reels and TikTok's, to engage the target audience, leveraging knowledge of TikTok creator tools.
- Generate high-quality written content for articles, blogs, and product descriptions.
- Craft compelling and persuasive copies to accompany social media posts and videos.
- Utilize advanced video editing skills, including expertise in meta, to produce visually impactful content.
- Conceptualize podcast episodes aligned with the brand.
- Record and edit high-quality podcast episodes.
- Manage distribution and promotion of episodes on podcast platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a focus on social media and podcasting. 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Educational background in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field. Any marketing or designer-related certifications or Creative design experience in an agency are advantageous.
- Portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation for social media and podcasts.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and podcasting trends, including proficiency in LinkedIn Business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools, including Adobe Creator, Canva, and meta.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Charismatic and able to convincingly express ideas.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Experience in roles such as Creative designer in an agency, publisher, social media or community managers, or startup designer.
