**Bilingual Intake Specialist (English & Spanish)**

Are you fluent in both Spanish and English, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a background in employment law and a solid understanding of the legal industry? If so, we want to hear from you eCustom Solutions is seeking a talented Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients in both Spanish and English to gather essential information and provide initial assistance.
- Utilize your expertise to effectively communicate the value of our legal services and guide potential clients through the intake process.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our firm's services, processes, and procedures.
- Accurately record and maintain client information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Must be an experienced Intake Specialist.
- Minimum of 1 years proven legal experience.
- Previous experience in employment law is a plus.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Requirements**:_
- _-Personal Computer running on windows 10/11_
- _-Noise cancellation USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will NOT WORK)_
- _-Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher is required_

**Compensation**:
Competitive rate: $5 to $7 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

**Job type**:Full-time (Remote)

**Work hours**:Shifting schedule (Pacific Standard time)

**Salary**: $19,581 - $27,413 per hour

- Intake Specialist: 2 years (required)
- Legal: 1 year (required)
- Employment Law: 1 year (preferred)
