**What are we looking for?**:
People passionate about designing, implementing, and optimizing Zscaler-based solutions for our clients. Your expertise in **Zscaler's cloud security platform** will be critical in guiding clients through their digital transformation journey, enhancing their security posture, and enabling secure and seamless remote access for their workforce.

If you have more than **(5) FIVE YEARS** of experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, or related roles, and the following **qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Zscaler solutions, including hands-on experience with Zscaler's cloud security platform.
- Demonstrated understanding of network protocols, security protocols, and architecture principles.
- Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud, Security Professional (CCSP), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- Design & Implementation Engineering role for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Zscaler deployments and projects, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and diverse environments.

If you have
**additional experience** with Proxy & URL/Content filtering solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Bluecoat, Websense, or similar), Remote access, Firewalls, DLP, SSL Inspection, SAML IdP is a
**PLUS.**
**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Lead the design and architecture of Zscaler solutions (ZIA & ZPA) for clients, taking into consideration their business requirements, security objectives, and existing technology landscape.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current network and security infrastructure to determine the most effective integration of Zscaler's services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security challenges and develop tailored strategies for implementing Zscaler's solutions in line with their objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on Zscaler best practices and help clients optimize their usage of the platform to achieve maximum security and performance benefits.
- Assist clients in configuring and deploying Zscaler services, including Web Security, Cloud Firewall, Private Access, and Data Loss Prevention, among others.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Zscaler deployments, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to clients' operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in Zscaler technology to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Provide training/knowledge transfer to the client’s engineering/support team.
