- Offering counseling services to employees.
- Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources.
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Managing employee complaints.
- Arranging employee physical examinations.
- Negotiating cooperation agreements and compiling and registering Company Regulations.
- Conducting IR Compliance audits.
- Resolve industrial and bipartite relations disputes, mediation, to industrial relations courts.
- Conducting reviews and advice on industrial relations related to current business in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in litigation and non-litigation actions, as well as assist companies in resolving legal cases.
- Making work reports and compiling litigation, non-litigation, and IR work data on a regular basis

Job requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant program from Law faculty
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations or HR Compliance
- Excellent knowledge in Labor Law, Employee Relations, Company Regulation, and the Government Regulations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
- Well experience in the field of industrial relations dispute resolution
- Having certification in the field of Industrial Relation is an added value
- Possess strong problem solving, conceptual, and legal analysis skills
- Have a good communication, persuasion, negotiation, and collaborative skills
