**About Us**:
(YM)COUTURE is a high-end fashion manufacturing company that provides bespoke clothing and accessories to fashion entrepreneurs and luxury brands. We are looking for an elite-level **Shoe & Bag Designer/Maker** who can bring our vision to life by designing and crafting luxury footwear and bags for our discerning clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design **luxury shoes and bags**, from concept sketches to final prototypes, ensuring the highest standards of aesthetics, functionality, and innovation.
- Work with premium materials such as **leather, exotic skins, metals**, and **luxury fabrics** to craft high-quality products.
- Oversee the entire production process, from design to final creation, ensuring precision and quality control at every stage.
- Collaborate with the (YM)COUTURE team to develop collections or one-off custom designs for high-end clients.
- Stay up to date with luxury fashion trends and innovate new designs that reflect the latest styles while maintaining timeless elegance.
- Manage sourcing of materials and handle relationships with suppliers, ensuring the use of premium, sustainable, and eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
- Provide expert guidance on production techniques and improvements to elevate the craftsmanship and exclusivity of (YM)COUTURE products.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** in both the design and craftsmanship of luxury shoes and bags.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-end footwear and bag designs, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, innovation, and premium materials.
- Expertise in working with luxury materials such as leather, exotic skins, and custom hardware.
- Strong technical knowledge of **shoemaking** and **bag construction**, including pattern making, hand-stitching, and finishing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to creating flawless, high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full production cycle from design to final product.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience working with **luxury brands** or exclusive fashion houses.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly production practices in luxury fashion.
- Familiarity with sourcing premium materials and managing supplier relationships.
