**Job Description**:
The services BDL is responsible for understanding customer challenges and providing solutions utilizing the services business suite of offerings to drive sales growth in their assigned territory. The individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships at key accounts and leveraging existing Andean Sales and Distribution relationships with the customer to implement superior solutions that enable our customers to compete in the global market. Successful performance requires a substantial amount of independent interface with Rockwell Automation customers, our authorized distributors, strategic alliance partners, and business unit personnel. The services BDL will work closely with the LCS Commercial Manager, Sales Managers, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation and ongoing support of sales strategies that support the Annual Operating Plan for Services in the region including Connected Services and ARR Business. The person also will be responsible for sales enablement, driving Funnel and Frontlog health, actively participating on pursue new opportunities, perform Win Strategy Calls as well as Go/No Go decisions
