We are looking for an HX Administrative with an intimate pulse on their region. Someone who knows everything from the tech community to the regional cuisine. Join our team and work with a crew you’re proud to be a part of.

**The Role**
- Responsible for general team & office administrative tasks
- Support the day-to-day operations of the company on financial, HR, and team-related matters
- Manage company needs - including inventories, budget, logistics, events
- Filing expenses for accounting
- Managing contracts and payments
- Issuing invoices
- Interfacing with suppliers
- Organizing remote & in-person team events
- Supporting employees with ad-hoc requests
- Updating and maintaining office policies

**Main Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience with administrative, office management, or payroll
- Autonomy, adaptability, and positivity (fully remote and globally distributed team)
- Ambition to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/ Accounting/ Administration (not mandatory)
- Team management and task management skills (we’re “we” people, not “me” people)
- Located in Bogotá
- Proficient in English (mandatory)
