We are currently seeking a **Social Consultant **to provide socially sensitive and sustainable solutions to unique engineering challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative solutions to social impacts and risks.
- Coordinate and consult with local regulatory agencies on scope and impact of projects when necessary.
- Attend meetings with clients to address their needs and discuss social issues.
- Support the E&S advisory team in Colombia.
- Assist and produce reports for E&S Due Diligence and Monitoring processes in Colombia and Latin America.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Economics, Political Science or any Social Science-related profession.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in infrastructure projects (roads, energy, rail, ports, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills essential for team-based working.
- Must possess excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels in English and Spanish.
