Aplicar las mejores prácticas clínicas basadas en la evidencia científica en el manejo terapéutico de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica y aguda atendidos en la Red Nacional de RTS bajo la supervisión del médico nefrólogo, alineados con los estándares mínimos de habilitación, indicadores clínicos y de calidad, acordes con las metas corporativas y código de ética médica.

- En Baxter RTS te encuentras con una red de profesionales donde Juntos creamos un lugar donde somos felices, exitosos y nos inspiramos mutuamente y donde estamos comprometidos con ayudar a superar los nuevos desafíos y oportunidades en la atención al paciente.

**Lo que realizarás en Baxter**:

- Realizar la valoración y diagnóstico de acuerdo con los hallazgos clínicos en el paciente con enfermedad renal crónica o aguda en cada fase de su estado de salud y presentarlos al médico nefrólogo para elaborar el plan de cuidado y formulación bajo la directriz y supervisión directa del especialista y registrarlo en el sistema informático definido por la organización.
- Conocer y aplicar los procedimientos, protocolos y guías de manejos vigentes en Baxter
- RTS, para la atención médica bajo la supervisión del nefrólogo.
- Ofrecer estrategias de atención a los pacientes para mejorar su condición clínica y adaptación a su entorno con una patología (a ranal de manera integral bajo la supervisión del médico nefrólogo.
- Asegurar la veracidad, oportunidad, confiabilidad y protección de los datos generados de la prestación de atención en salud en la IPS de la red nacional e informes de la organización, en los diferentes sistemas de información definidos para la IPS, de acuerdo con su perfil profesional.
- Participar interactivamente con el equipo multidisciplinario para el (manejo integral del paciente con enfermedad renal crónica y aguda en la Ips.
- Participar con el médico nefrólogo en procedimientos realizados en sala de procedimientos menores y realizar los registros clínicos correspondientes de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente.
- Asegurar la atención básica y avanzada a pacientes que requieran reanimación cerebro
- cardiopulmonar dentro de la IPS.
- Dar cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad; participando y aportando activamente en programas implementados por la compañía.
