We are seeking a Sr. Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Technology Services team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional with room for growth

**Sr. Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer**

**Required Experience and Skills**
- Professional Level / Full English Fluency
- Experience with Architecture and Design of IAM solutions and controls with focus on Cloud
- Deep experience with hands-on development and integration of IAM solutions including SailPoint
- Proven expertise in all areas of IAM including single sign-on, multifactor authentication, privileged account management, password managers, role-based access, just-in-time access, provisioning, process automation, session management and Azure AD (including advanced features from M365 E5)
- Deep Experience running User administration processes
- Experience with security, authentication, and authorization protocols
- Experience with privileged account management
- Experience with federated identity management
- Knowledge of and experience with Information Security
- Skills in general IT architecture, operations, and deployment methodologies and techniques.
- PowerShell scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, JSON
- Deep technical knowledge of Azure, Azure AD, O365, Windows 10, iOS, and technical IAM controls used to secure Technology assets (Data, Client and Server OS, Network, Applications, SaaS, IaaS, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communications skills appropriate for interacting with all levels of staff, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience
- Capability to work on multiple tasks with shifting and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Able to work effectively with other departments to develop effective and efficient solutions
- Experience designing and implementing information technology processes
- Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating with remote colleagues
- Experience working with vendors
- Experience collaborating with Application, Infrastructure, Network, HelpDesk and Security teams
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and flexibility to work collaboratively with others in a dynamic environment

**Responsibilities**:
The Sr. Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer will help drive the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of IAM including, but not limited to:

- Engineer and Administer IAM Workflow systems
- Define and onboard access profiles, roles, entitlements and privileged access to IAM Governance systems
- Perform day to day management of IAM Governance systems
- Coordinate and execute periodic access reviews and other IAM Processes
- Create procedure documentation covering IAM Governance processes and tools
- Design and implement IAM solutions
- Ensure that Principles of Minimal Access Rights and Segregation of Duties is implemented with a risk-based approach
- Provide L2 Support for IAM Systems and Controls

**Education and Overall Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- 5+ years of direct technical experience in IAM
- 7+ years Cyber Security
- 2+ years in depth SailPoint Experience
- CIAM, CISSP, or other professional security management certifications or credentials desired

**Work Location & Type**
- Travel: Limited to none
- Must have stable high-speed internet connection at home if remote
- A quiet work environment is mandatory
