Senior QA Automation

**About the Position**:
As a _Senior_ _QA Automation _you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers’ needs and make it easy for them to do business with us. You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define test strategies, design test plan, execute test cases
- Collaborate with the rest of QA team, product team and development team
- Track issues and work with developers to identify root causes
- Collaborating with Software Engineering Leaders, Project Managers, Product Managers, and others to ensure smooth integration of Quality Engineering solutions into the SDLC (Agile)
- Actively participate in test planning discussions to assure automation coverage is continuously improving

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience on web testing
- Strong Background in Java
- Experience with Selenium
- Ability to wear multiple hats to help us achieve our goals
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and test-driven development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- True passion for trying to break software, find bugs, understand their root cause and how that forces it to adapt and become something new
