**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Full ownership of the account payable process including manual entry of invoices into SAP/Readsoft for LATAM/NAM Region.
- Monitoring and management of the AP mailboxes to identify and redirect invoices and resolve any issue identified during this process.
- Prepare and consolidate Accounts payable reports/Ad hoc reports and provide insights to management.
- Support AP leads - with any ad hoc request.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor degree in finance, administrative or related areas.
- 1 or more years of experience working with payable accounts, accounts to accounts payable, invoice to pay or related areas.
- Intermediate-Advance English Level.
- Strong Microsoft Office acknowledge.
- Problem solving oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge in data analytics (Power BI and related).
