**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough testing of forms design and specification within the OpenText platform.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize deep knowledge of OpenText to contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in OpenText and CCM to enhance the quality and efficiency of QA processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective QA strategies and test plans.
- Assist in template design and development using OpenText, leveraging expertise to ensure templates meet the required standards and specifications.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in QA for Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in OpenText.
- Proficiency in testing forms design and specification, with hands-on experience in OpenText.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with template design and development using OpenText is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
