**Sr. Recruiter - Corporate Technical**

**Location: Bogota, Colombia**

**Overview**

Sr. Recruiter to proactively support IT Engineering, Professional Services & Corporate Functions requirements globally including NALA (Latin America, US, Canada) EMEA and APAC region. In this role, you'll be working in a fast paced, high energy environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborates with hiring managers to create and review employment requisitions and develop recruitment strategies.
- Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
- Maintains records on applicant flow and outreach efforts.
- Attend job fairs and college recruiting activities as necessary.
- And other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience is preferred.
- Requires knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Experience working with ATS systems.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, display discretion and protect privacy of information.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are required.
- The ability to interact with people at all levels is required.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be a very detail oriented professional with strong time management and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Competitive drive & strong work ethic, “whatever it takes” with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility work hours to support the timezone for assigned client groups
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
