E-learning Program Manager

The E-Learning Program Manager position is to spearhead the creation and continuous development of a dynamic online learning environment, designed specifically to empower small businesses with the knowledge and tools needed for growth and success. This role is instrumental in transforming educational content into engaging, practical, and accessible digital learning experiences for entrepreneurs.

- High English level (Well spoken, well written)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

**Experience**
- Proven track record in managing e-learning platform development, content strategy, and course creation.
- Experience should include successful project management, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering user-centric digital education solutions. Familiarity with the latest educational technologies, experience in curriculum development, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses are also critical.
**JOB FUNCTIONS**
**- Content Strategy Development**:Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy that includes detailed curricula for each course, ensuring clear learning objectives and practical deliverables.
**- Platform Conceptualization**: Lead the conceptualization of the e-learning platform, finalizing its structure, design, and functionality in partnership with design and IT teams.
**- Platform and Course Development**: Guide the decision-making process for platform infrastructure and manage the development of course content, incorporating interactive elements and expert insights.
**- User Interface Design**:Oversee the design phase, ensuring the creation of an intuitive and engaging user interface for the platform, from the homepage to course categories and user dashboards.
**- Marketing and Launch Strategy**:Develop and execute a marketing strategy to effectively promote the platform, and lead the platform through beta testing, launch, and post-launch adjustments.
**- Performance Monitoring**:Continuously monitor platform performance, user engagement, and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the learning experience and platform success.
- **Others**:This position will be also assigned other side projects that may or may not related with the main job functions.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
**- Proven track record in managing e-learning platform development, content strategy, and course creation.**
**- Excellent use of grammar and punctuation. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (English)**
**- Driven, proactive thinker, highly organized with exceptional communication skills, and fully capable to take initiative, managing and overseeing a variety of high-priority projects from multiple management and professional levels successfully with mínimal direction.**
**- Proficient with Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).**
**- Very Patient, Responsible, extremely punctual.**

- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- **Analytical Thinking**:Skills in analyzing platform metrics, user feedback, and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify challenges and creatively solve problems to enhance the learning experience.
- **Knowledge of Small Business Needs**:Understanding of the educational needs of small business owners and entrepreneurs.
- **Adaptability**:Agility in responding to technological advances and educational trends to keep the platform current and relevant.
**Salary: $5,000.000 (COP)**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)**
**However, as an exempt employee, you may be required to work beyond these hours from time to time to fulfill your responsibilities as may be necessary.**
**Internet and computer must be covered by the employee**
Pay: $4,500,000 - $5,000,000 per month
