**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with executive management to develop sales strategies to improve product lines and sales quotes.
- Establishing training/programs of new account sales and growth, probability, improve presentation strategies, competitive strategies,
- proper use and level

of sales support.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, account development, and time management.
- Management of sales team to ensure sales quotas are being met.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-Lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Ensure all stages of the sales process from lead generation to closing of sale is met.
- Be able to learn, understand, train and coach sales team on new products/services.
