**RedValley **is one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, pioneering innovative remote back office solutions. **We’re seeking a talented BI Developer** with strong experience in large language models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for transforming our operational data into actionable insights and optimizing our data-driven decision-making processes.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling**: Develop and refine predictive models and business intelligence tools using LLMs and other advanced techniques to enhance operational efficiency and risk assessment.
- **Insight Generation and Reporting**: Utilize data to create insightful reports and visualizations, enabling data-driven decisions and strategic planning.
- **Collaboration and Strategy Support**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies aimed at improving services and customer experience.
- **Data Governance and Ethics**: Uphold high standards of data governance and ethics, ensuring the secure and responsible use of customer data.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, supporting business strategy and operational decisions.

**What You'll Bring to the Team**:

- Proficient in spoken and written English (B2 or higher).
- Graduate degree in data science, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least two years of experience with dynamic programming languages such as Python or R, with a focus on data mining, web scraping, and automation.
- At least two years of experience with BI tools like Looker Studio or Tableau, and advanced skills in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with REST APIs is essential.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and preprocessing data, with experience handling semi-structured data (e.g., JSON) and unstructured data (e.g., text or audio files).
- Experience or strong knowledge in AI technologies, particularly supervised learning and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub), containerization (Docker), workflow management (AirFlow), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch) is desirable.
- Experience in financial technology or data science in a banking environment is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders, focusing on actionable business insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed startup environment.
