**Responsabilidades**:

- Recopilar, limpiar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos provenientes de diversas fuentes, incluyendo transacciones financieras, ventas, comportamiento del cliente, y datos de marketing digital.
- Desarrollar dashboards y reportes interactivos que proporcionen una visión clara y accionable del desempeño del negocio, utilizando herramientas avanzadas de Business Intelligence como Power BI, Tableau, o similares.
- Identificar patrones y tendencias en los datos que revelen oportunidades de crecimiento, tanto en la adquisición de nuevos clientes como en la retención y fidelización de los actuales.
- Implementar modelos predictivos y análisis de cohortes para anticipar comportamientos futuros del cliente y recomendar estrategias para maximizar el valor de vida del cliente (CLV).
- Proveer insights críticos para el desarrollo y mejora de productos y servicios, asegurando que las ofertas estén alineadas con las necesidades y expectativas del mercado y la compañía
- Realizar análisis competitivos y de mercado para identificar oportunidades de innovación y diferenciación en el portafolio de productos.

**Habilidades y experiência**:

- Experiência minina de 2 años con análisis de datos
- Estadística, Matemáticas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Administración de Empresas o campos afines, estudios de postgrado (deseable pero no obligatoria) en Ciencias de Datos, Análisis de Negocios, Marketing Digital, Estadística, Ingeniería de Datos, o un campo relacionado.
- Capacidad para analizar grandes volúmenes de datos y extraer insights significativos y accionables.
- Habilidad para identificar patrones, tendencias y correlaciones en datos complejos Dominio de lenguajes de programación y herramientas de análisis de datos como SQL, Python, R, etc.
- Competencia en el uso de herramientas de visualización de datos y BI para crear reportes claros y efectivos.
- Ingles Intermedio
