**Descripción General**:
El Logistics Global Growth Project Manager lidera la implementación de iniciativas de crecimiento global en Cabify Logistics, enfocándose en la retención y adquisición de usuarios. El rol requiere un enfoque analítico, liderazgo multifuncional y experiência en gestionar proyectos complejos y colaborar con equipos globales, con un perfil proactivo y orientado a resultados.

**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?**
- Liderando la implementación de proyectos globales de Growth alineados con los objetivos de negocio y el desarrollo de un crecimiento sustentable.
- Coordinando tareas con equipos de Producto, Marketing, Data, Operaciones y Finanzas para asegurar la implementación efectiva de las iniciativas.
- Trabajando con Data Science y Analytics en análisis que guíen decisiones estratégicas, monitorizando métricas claves y ajustando estrategias según los insights obtenidos.
- Colaborando con los equipos de producto y marketing para priorizar y gestionar el backlog de iniciativas a partir de las necesidades actuales y futuras del negocio.
- Elaborando reportes sobre el impacto de las iniciativas, proporcionando insights y recomendaciones a los stakeholders y presentando resultados a nível ejecutivo.

**¿Que buscamos?**:

- Profesional en carreras administrativas o negocios (Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o Logística).
- Experiência en roles de gestión de proyectos multifuncionales y toma de decisiones basada en análisis de datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita con capacidad para presentar ideas y resultados en todos los níveles de la organización.
- Capacidad analítica para procesar datos, interpretar resultados, proponer acciones y tener visión estratégica para interpretar las necesidades y oportunidades del negocio.
- Orientación a resultados, con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en entornos de alta incertidumbre.
- Disponibilidad para viajar más del 30% del tiempo si es necesario.
