**UBITS** es el hub de educación online de habla hispana, en donde, diseñas, ejecutas y mides tu estrategia de entrenamiento.

Actualmente estamos buscando a nuestro próximo **Event Specialist**, serás responsable de la ejecución, logística y control de las actividades y canales de relacionamiento, así como de los diversos eventos dirigidos a la comunidad de stakeholders de UBITS.

**Responsabilidades**
- Coordinar a los equipos técnicos y humanos para el desarrollo de piezas de comunicación, materiales y procesos correspondientes a la convocatoria, participación y/o registro de las actividades, canales de relacionamiento y eventos.
- Realizar la configuración, alistamientos y operación del espacio de las actividades, canales de relacionamiento y eventos (plataformas virtuales o presencial) desde el backstage, garantizando la realización según lo previsto en óptimas condiciones de calidad.
- Recopilar y/o desarrollar insumos de contenido previo y posterior a las actividades de relacionamiento y eventos para entrega a los canales pertinentes según los planes de distribución.

**Requisitos**
- Profesional en carreras afines a comunicación social, mercadeo, community management, producción BTL.
- Experiência de mínimo 2 años en roles similares
- Conocimiento de las tendencias de las redes sociales/medios digitales.
- Conocimiento de herramientas ofimáticas.
- (Preferible) Familiaridad con estrategias de contenido; y con la gestión y la planificación digital.

**Habilidades Adicionales**
- Habilidades en comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Planeación, priorización de tareas y orientación al detalle.
- Trabajo en equipo y relaciones interpersonales.
- Capacidad para prevenir y resolver imprevistos.
