Quickbooks Specialist

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Consultant to assist us in setting up our QuickBooks system, organizing all necessary information, and providing training to ensure our team understands how to use it effectively. This is a short-term, project-based role ideal for someone with a strong background in QuickBooks and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and customize our QuickBooks system according to company needs.
- Input and organize all relevant financial data, including accounts, invoices, and transactions.
- Provide a clear explanation and training on how to use QuickBooks for daily operations.
- Ensure the system is optimized for efficient financial management and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Three years of experience with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop versions).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to set up and optimize QuickBooks for business use.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills to guide team members.
- Relevant certifications in QuickBooks or accounting are a plus.
