Your ‘day to day’

Guarantee the development of the Logistics Operator, so that it optimally carries out the operational processes, generate controls for the correct execution of the processes in warehouses and transportation in terms of time, quality standards and service compliance.

1. To evaluate constantly the logistic processes, to identify improvements in them according to the guidelines of the company and focused on the PMI guidelines, in all the business lines of the organization.

2. Establish controls and follow-ups to guarantee compliance with all requirements related to the logistics area (Legalization of Tornaguías, Revenue recognition, optimal logistics process for each distribution center).

3. Lead meetings with their peers in the commercial area and Logistic operator for presentation, monitoring and analysis of KPIs, the establishment of continuous improvement plans in logistics processes.

4. Design and evaluate strategic plans and controls related to storage, transportation, inventory management and logistics reconciliations in the distribution centres of the region.

Who we’re looking for
- A minimum of a University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics (inventory management, product storage, nationwide dispatches, relationship with suppliers)
- Ability to drive teams and leadership skills.
- Is a must to have an understanding and proven experience in FCMG.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Excellent communication, customer orientation, agile learning capabilities, organization and resourcefulness skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
