**A Hybrid working model**

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. Estamos en búsqueda de talento y versatilidad como 3D Generalista para unirse a nuestro equipo audiovisual. Este Artista 3D Generalista, será responsable de crear activos 3D de alta calidad, animaciones y efectos visuales para varios proyectos. Colaborarás estrechamente con otros artistas, diseñadores y desarrolladores para dar vida a conceptos y garantizar el más alto nível de calidad artística.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Crear modelos 3D, texturas y animaciones.
- Desarrollar efectos visuales, sistemas de partículas y simulaciones dinámicas para mejorar la calidad visual general.
- Colaborar con directores de arte, diseñadores y desarrolladores para entender los requisitos del proyecto y traducir conceptos en visuales convincentes.
- Optimizar activos para el rendimiento y el uso de memoria manteniendo al mismo tiempo una alta fidelidad visual.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de la industria y las tecnologías emergentes para mejorar continuamente habilidades y flujos de trabajo.
- Participar en reuniones de equipo, proporcionar retroalimentación y contribuir al proceso creativo general.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Bellas Artes, Animación, Gráficos por Computadora o campo relacionado.
- Experiência comprobada como Artista 3D Generalista o puesto similar, con un portafolio sólido que demuestre habilidades en modelado, texturizado, animación y efectos visuales.
- Dominio de software 3D estándar de la industria como Maya, 3ds Max, Blender o equivalente.
- Sólida comprensión de técnicas de renderizado, iluminación y principios de sombreado.
- Fuertes habilidades artísticas con un ojo para el detalle y la composición.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno acelerado y cumplir consistentemente con los plazos.

**Calificaciones Preferidas**:

- Experiência con motores en tiempo real incluyendo Unity o Unreal Engine.
- Conocimientos de lenguajes de script como Python o Mel para automatización de flujo de trabajo.
- Familiaridad con desarrollo VR/AR y experiências interactivas.
- Experiência previa en desarrollo de juegos o producción de películas/animaciones.
