We are seeking a seasoned Chief C++ Developer to join our remote team. You will be leading the technical efforts on a client's project, collaborating closely with the client to align on expectations. Your role will involve developing tools and solutions for productivity enhancement, integrating new solutions with existing pipelines, and contributing to the team's overall technical vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions/tools/frameworks
- Integrate tools/automation solutions into CI Systems with capability to debug them
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Debug C++ and C# code to improve functionality and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the client to match expectations and negotiate solutions
- Develop tools and solutions for repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and productivity
- Integrate new solutions seamlessly with existing tools and pipelines
- Contribute to the overall technical vision of the team by participating in strategic decision-making processes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 7+ years of experience as a C++ Developer
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a relevant field
- Expertise in Unreal Engine
- Experience with C#
- Proficiency in developing command-line tools with understanding of test automation principles, the Testing Pyramid, and Test Automation Framework structure
- Good understanding of HTTP protocol
- Familiarity with white box and black box testing and automation
- Experience working with MySQL databases
- Proficiency with unit testing
- Good knowledge of XML
- Familiarity with API platforms like Postman and curl
- Project management skills and excellent soft skills
- B2+ level proficiency in English

NICE TO HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of Test Automation approaches: Keyword Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development
- Experience with a test automation driver like Selenium, Appium, or MS Automation Driver
- Basic understanding of 3D and 2D graphics
- Experience with Python
- Familiarity with at least one Command Line Interface (Cmd, Powershell, etc.)
