We are looking for a
**Semi Senior Backend Engineer** to join our
**Engineering Team in LATAM**. This position will report directly to the App Engineering Lead.

Design, build, test and support back-end services in the context of a big data solution:

- Design and development of API's generally REST and high availability.
- Design and development of independent and scalable services for processing large volumes of information (ETL's).
- Understand and prioritise requirements according to business needs.
- Work independently and by objectives.
- The position we are looking for is to continue developing, maintaining, improving, and creating new processes and services across our growing technology stack.

**We consider a perfect match if you have**:
**_Strong_**
- Proficient in at least one BackEnd language (preferrably Node.js, GO).
- Proficiency in SQL and REST services.
- Knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in at least one cloud platform (preferably AWS).
- Knowledge of testing and observation frameworks.
- Quality and growth oriented.
- Demonstrable experience developing scalable and quality backend components.
- Versatility to quickly understand and handle other programming languages.

**_
Bonus_**
- Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
- Docker General knowledge of Linux as a development environment.
