**Misión del cargo**
El cargo de analista de facturación es el encargado de ejecutar el eslabón final de la cadena del ciclo de ventas de la compañía. Es el encargado de generar las facturas correspondientes a cada negocio.
**Funciones**
- Realizar las facturaciones correspondientes a cada negocio y asegurar la derivación de las mismas a los canales. Revisar, hacer entrega y dar seguimiento a la radicación realizada por el mensajero.
- Elaboración de notas crédito, refacturas, Solución de devoluciones de facturas y seguimiento de SO pendientes por facturar.
- Dar solución a los inconvenientes que son resultado de procesos
anteriores al orden de cobranza.
- Realizar las facturas correspondientes dentro de los tiempos establecidos para cada negocio garantizando la radicación de cada factura y el envío de la información a las organizaciones regulatorias de cada país por medio de la emisión electrónica de los documentos.
**Requisitos**
- Nível académico requerido: Técnico en Administración, Contabilidad, Financieras o afines
- Experiência total: Mínimo 6 meses como Analista o Asistente de facturación
- Conocimientos o Habilidades: Manejo paquete office: Excel medio.
