**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED**
- Good Portuguese language skills (written& spoken);
- Previous experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model;
- Knowledge in Office 365, Visma, Super Nómina ERP;
- “Getting things done” and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners;
- Proactive and engaged attitude with attention to details;
- Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation and a solution orientated work approach;

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Upload payroll news to the ERP;
- Payroll settlement according to the regulations and specifications given;
- Assist with monthly closing activities;
- Perform processes of social charges, taxes associated with payroll. Prepare payroll closing reports;
- Comply with local standards, policies and procedures;
- Responding to users inquiries in a timely manner; Support, follow-up and escalation of identified issues;
- Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals daily;
- Drive many continuous process improvements and share best practices across team;
- Support the team in achieving performance objectives.
