We serve the U.S. with more than 100 IT professionals in operations centers across Latin America, including Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica.

The Support engineer will respond to support requests in a timely manner. Suggest and implement different solutions based on urgency.
Review pull requests and evaluate their impact on the system as a whole

**Qualifications**:
knowledge of C#, Angular, MS SQL Server, Javascript, JQuery, CSS & HTML
Experience with performance testing
Experience with scalability testing
Ability to evaluate a prioritize tasks based on business need
Exceptional debugging and investigation skills
Ability to quickly understand and navigate a complex codebase
Ability to work independently while giving updates to stakeholders as needed

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and an aptitude for collaboration with diverse teams as well as work independently and multi-task effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes an aggressive release schedule, multiple concurrent projects and evolving business requirements.
