**OBJETIVO GENERAL DEL CARGO**

Liderar diferentes áreas de responsabilidad en los proyectos de consultoría de operaciones, incluyendo la gerencia proyectos pequeños, equipos pequeños, desarrollo de negocios y relaciones con clientes

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**

1.1. Interactuar con clientes para entender sus necesidades de negocio y requerimientos de proyectos;

1.2. Realizar conexiones entre iniciativas y clientes anteriores y actuales para identificar oportunidades de negocios;

1.3. Desarrollar, estructurar y coordinar proyectos de consultoría de operaciones para los clientes de Nextant;

1.4. Liderar equipos de desarrollo de proyectos para las diferentes etapas de preparación e implementación, asignando tareas y responsabilidades a los miembros del equipo;

1.5. Liderar equipos de Consultores I y/o Consultores II, velando por su aprendizaje, crecimiento y desarrollo dentro de la organización de Nextant;

1.6. Monitorear el desarrollo de los proyectos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos y entregables;

1.7. Garantizar altos estándares de calidad en los entregables;

1.8. Facilitar la participación activa de las diferentes partes relevantes en los proyectos;

1.9. Interactuar personalmente con el cliente, liderando las relaciones internas del proyecto y con las diferentes audiencias y participantes;

1.10. Preparar y presentar reportes de avance y entregables;

1.11. Garantizar que las expectativas y condiciones de satisfacción del cliente se exceden;

1.12. Apoyar la recolección y análisis de información, identificando fuentes creativas e innovadoras, guiando el desarrollo de habilidades analíticas y el uso de herramientas de análisis y liderando análisis complejos;

1.13. Liderar el diseño y preparación de documentos, presentaciones e informes;

1.14. Desarrollar buenas prácticas de consultoría de operaciones y compartirlas con el equipo de Nextant;

1.15. Identificar oportunidades de expansión de los proyectos, iniciando sus responsabilidades de desarrollo de negocios;

1.16. Preparar propuestas de proyectos de consultoría de operaciones en nombre del equipo de Consultoría de Nextant;

1.17. Participar activamente en la ejecución del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, dedicando el tiempo necesario para las actividades que el empleador le asigne y participando en los deberes como empleado
