- Design, develop and deploy amazing omni-channel customer experiences on top of Amazon Connect, including developing proprietary tools and services to extend the Connect platform
- Developing a comprehensive Data, Analytics and Reporting platform to integrate, measure and analyze millions of daily customer interactions/metrics across all our clients
- Designing and development amazing user experiences across data visualization and analytics in the customer engagement / contact center industry
- Developing standardized AI/ML models to optimize customer engagement and agent performance using various Python frameworks and AWS services (Transcribe, Comprehend, Sagemaker, etc.)
- Building web/mobile apps to improve agent/manager performance across thousands of agents (metrics, gamification, collaboration)
- Deploying cutting-edge, tech-enablement services using the AWS ecosystem, including microservices and serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, event notification services, search services, multi-tenant architecture and lots more.

We are looking for a dedicated and mission-oriented
**Mid QA Engineer **on our Product Development team who will work closely with product management and technical architects to understand requirements and determine the appropriate test strategies for every part of the solution

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, manage and maintain functional and manual tests
- Design and develop automated tests in a web based environment using automation tools and scripting tools with excellent coding standards (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Define reusable test components and leverage frameworks that allow QA function to scale
- Work with the rest of the QA, engineering and IT teams to implement tests at each stage of the SDLC process
- Mentor QA engineers and ensure rapid onboarding of new team members

Qualifications:
Must haves:

- Javascript experience
- 2years+ automation experience
- 3+ years as a QA engineer with both manual and automated testing experience
- Experience working as a QA engineer with US based product companies (which should cover the strong English skills as well which should be 9+)
- Experience with maintaining test scenarios/cases and results at scale, especially using Jira plugins as Zephyr or Xray.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.
- Experience with load testing tools like JMeter, Locust, etc.
- Nice to have:

- CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, Gitlab
- AWS experience
- QA experience with data pipelines, transformations and processes (either SQL or script based)
