**Description**:
EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sourcer Specialist to join our Colombia HR team based in Bogota CO.

We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be an specialist in all the Onboarding process.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 year of experience
- With experience in Colombia
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English level
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Advanced Excel
- Availability to work face-to-face
- Detail orientation
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

**Functions**:

- Sourcing experience.
- Reporting.
- End to end hiring process.

- Mode of work: On Site Bogotá
- Hours: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
