**What are we looking for?**:
Technical leader responsible for accompanying the technical team at every step of the development cycle, designing the technical solution, and bridging the proposed architecture with the code reality, guiding the team in making technical decisions to ensure the fulfillment of each solution's objectives. Here are some requirements:
**Software Development**:
- Programming Languages: Java 8 or higher, HTML, TypeScript.
- Back-end Frameworks: Spring Web Flux, Spring Boot.
- Databases: Oracle (DDL, DML, PL/SQL) 12g.
- Version Control Tools: Git.
- API Testing Tools: SoapUI, Swagger, Postman.
- Front-end Frameworks: Bootstrap, Angular SPAs.
- Front-end Design: CSS.
**Additional Knowledge**:
- RUP Methodology.
- ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
- WebServices.
- Development on digital platforms (APPs)
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and leading teams.
- Knowledge of development tools and methodologies.
- Project management in IT and Software Development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage team progress, ensuring adherence to technical commitments and work plans, and communicate them to the PM (Agile Project Management) and/or Scrum Master during project ceremonies/meetings.
- Collaborate with the development team/product owner to ensure final delivery of secure code reviews, certifying compliance with the organization's required coverage.
- Ensure/Coordinate/Execute technical tests and/or review and validate technical test support conducted by internal developers and/or vendors.
