**Requirements**:
Must to have experience:
- System Analysts.
- Data Analyst.
- Ability of abstraction and understand of requirements.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Developed skills in examination and analysis.
**Responsibilities**
- Good English communication skills to provide status and follow up requirements.
- Work closely with Middleware support team to troubleshoot issues that arise on test systems.
- Attend stand up meeting.
- Provide weekly delivery status reports and participate in status meetings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Experienced enough to work independently as part of a project team.
- Provide status to PM to help to oversee and coordinate the project.
- Experience in creating process maps. This may be required to understand the current/as-is process so we can look to create a new/to-be process that is more efficient and uses the new tool/system.
- Create documentation and knowledge articles in ServiceNow.

English Advanced 80 - 95 %
