As a **Proposal Writer**, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by crafting compelling and well-structured proposals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex information into clear, persuasive narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients

**What You'll Do**
- Coordinate with graphic designers to enhance the proposal's visual appeal.
- Translate technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content.
- Lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
- Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and win themes.
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends for tailored proposals.
- Analyze RFPs to understand client needs and collaborate with the RFP and Marketing team.
- Edit and proofread proposals for clarity, coherence, and brand adherence.
- Maintain a repository of reusable content and stay informed about industry best practices.

**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- English C1 or C2 Level (Native)
- Expertise in proposal writing, copy-editing, and project management
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience with RFP/Bid responses
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
- Exceptional organization and time management, Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changes
- Proven ability to handle pressure during major proposal submissions
- Self-motivated with excellent prioritization skills, Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
