Marketing Assistant

You will be joining a rapidly growing and highly motivated team of virtual assistants in the Philippines and US.

This position will start as part-time and transition into a full-time role. Initially, the work schedule will be 5 hours a day

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Investor Portal, ensuring the efficient onboarding, support, and resolution of investor queries
- Launch new offerings on the Investor Portal and ensure a seamless rollout
- Accurately upload and organize investment documents on the portal
- Track leads, update the CRM system, and maintain data accuracy and accessibility
- Manage invoicing processes and follow up on payments
- Assist in managing social media accounts by responding to messages and comments promptly
- Support marketing campaigns by assisting in content creation, including writing and editing copy
- Help coordinate marketing events and promotions, ensuring their smooth implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, investor relations, social media management, and marketing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with investors, colleagues, and customers
- Ability to adapt and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documents
- Proficiency in CRM management, lead generation tools, and social media platforms
- Knowledge of copywriting principles to assist in content creation
- Familiarity with marketing campaign execution and performance analysis
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
