**DESCRIPTION**:
As an Order Expeditor, you'll ensure the smooth and timely fulfillment of orders related to critical equipment and supplies. Working closely with our Procurement and Sales teams, you will facilitate communication with vendors and oversee order tracking to meet operational demands. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of procurement processes in a dynamic and essential sector.

**RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Review and manage the daily open order report to ensure timely fulfillment by vendor partners.
- Communicate with vendors to track order statuses and resolve any issues.
- Provide regular updates on order statuses to the sales team.
- Handle general sales support requests, including tracking shipments, processing product returns, and troubleshooting order issues.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team, Sales, and Accounting to resolve order-related problems.

**Requisitos**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in order processing or procurement is advantageous but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with order management software is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactive and capable of addressing issues under pressure.
