The responsibilities of the Services Manager for Landmark include the formulation of the general strategy, the management of people and the establishment of policies. To be successful in this role, you must be a thoughtful leader and confident decision maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Requires a completion of a degree in geo-science, engineering, computer science or business and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the following:
Proven experience as a Manager or similar executive position
Experience in planning and budget control
Knowledge of process and commercial areas in the Oil & Gas Industry (Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, etc)
MSc / MA/ PMP, Scrum master Certification, Agile Coach.
Great communication, leadership and organizational skills
Mandatory English proficiency
