**EL Rol**
- Responsable de apoyar la adecuada, oportuna y correcta colocación de las pólizas de reaseguro a su cargo.
- Responsable del mantenimiento y desarrollo de clientes directos, aseguradoras y negocios generados por colegas de WTW Corredores de Seguros.
- Proveer servicios de asistencia técnica continua y permanente e involucrarse en oportunidades de negocios provenientes de procesos de renovación y de venta cruzada de los clientes a su cargo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los ingresos de la línea de su especialidad y en los clientes asignados.
- Monitorear exposición a riesgos y obtener información relevante del riesgo de los clientes a su cargo.
- Mantener comunicación continua y permanente con los clientes a su cargo y con las Compañías de Seguros / Reaseguradores a través de reuniones planeadas o por contacto telefónico.
- Desarrollar estrategias y alinear los recursos de Willis, cuando las cuentas a su cargo se encuentren en riesgo.
- Mejorar de manera continua los slips de su especialidad.
- Participar y estar enterado del manejo y/o atención de los siniestros de los clientes a su cargo.
- Mantener al día CRM y el cargue de documentación en Sharepoint.
- Participar de los comités comerciales y demás reuniones que citen sus superiores jerárquicos o la compañía.
- Implementar y mantener los sistemas de Compliance en concordancia con el Willis Excellence Model.
- Desarrollar habilidades y conocimientos de su línea de especialidad.
- Apoyar técnicamente al equipo de Billing del Hub de operaciones, en el procesamiento de los negocios a su cargo.
- Apoyar en la debida facturación y recaudo de las pólizas a su cargo. Colaboración activa con el equipo de A&S del Hub de operaciones.
- Colaborar en la adecuada estructuración del presupuesto y responsable por el forecast de las cuentas a su cargo.

**Los Requerimientos**
- Preferiblemente Título Universitario y con estudios en el área de su especialidad.
- Comunicación efectiva (oral y escrita), habilidad de negociación, habilidades de escritura para la comunicación de reportes.
- Habilidad de escuchar y entender los diferentes factores que pueden impactar las actitudes de las personas que conforman su equipo de trabajo.
- Manejo de diferentes casos e identificación de prioridades.
- Precisión en el manejo de información y datos.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en el manejo de Seguros/Reaseguro y en el manejo del ramo de su especialidad.
- Conocimiento obligatorio de inglés.
