Our current project involves growing the customer base for NiceJob, a leading reputation management software tool.
**About the Role**
We are looking for an energetic, positive Activations Specialist to be an integral part of our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the setup of their software account and conduct their “Welcome Call.” You will work within our enthusiastic Activations team, ensuring the Sales Team’s customers get onboarded smoothly with the software, answering all questions and customizing the software to the clients’ needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in using and understanding our software effectively post-sale.
- Customize software to clients’ needs.
- Ensure clients grasp software tool’s functionalities and usage.
- Foster positive customer relationships through enthusiastic welcoming interactions.
**Requirements**:
- In office, full-time, 40 hours/week position in El Poblado.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Understanding of call center operations and customer service best practices.
