La función principal del supervisor de workforce es supervisar la gestión del equipo encargado de la planificación, programación de horarios y gestión de los recursos operativos en tiempo real, según las proyecciones diarias, intervalos de llamadas, transacciones, AHT y Shrinkage, con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos para el proceso.

**Requisitos**:
Profesional en administración de empresas, ingeniería de sistemas o afines.

Experiência mínima de 2 años en el area de workforce call center.

Contrato a término indefinido.

Horario adminsitrativo, eventualmente disponibilidad sábados.

Salario básico más bonificación.
