**Scrum Master - Web Development**
- Type: Contract
- Start Time: Early Morning to Morning (International Team)
- Hours: Full-time or Part-time
- Location: Colombia Based ONLY (Work From Home)
- **_ Compensation: 5,000,000 COP Monthly (Full Time) plus Aggressive Milestone Bonuses_**

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a Scrum Master with a strong background in web development to guide our growing development team of 10 people through the Agile process. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote Agile practices, and ensure seamless collaboration across our global teams, including design, development, and DevOps. You'll play a critical role in guiding projects from inception to completion within our supportive, team-oriented remote work environment. This role demands a balanced approach to technical challenges, Agile project coordination, and team communication.

**Job Requirements**:

- Facilitate and manage web development projects using Agile methodologies for a team of approximately 10 members.
- Ensure effective communication between design, development, and DevOps teams.
- Coach the team in Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile values and principles.
- Implement and manage Agile workflows, sprints, and retrospectives.
- Proficient in Agile project management tools like Jira and ClickUp.
- Collaborate effectively with a global team.
- Must have a stable and strong internet connection for remote communication and project management.

**Preferred Technical Proficiencies**:

- Front-end Technologies: Experience with React, Next.js, Remix, Tailwind CSS, HTML5.
- Back-end and APIs: Understanding of GraphQL, Strapi, API integrations.
- Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Cloudflare, and DevOps practices.
- Version Control: Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or Mercurial.
- CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Testing and QA: Understanding of testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
- UX Principles: Basic understanding of UX design.
- Analytics and SEO: Awareness of Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
- AI and Automation Tools: Interest in ChatGPT-4, GitHub Copilot.
- Design Collaboration: Experience with Figma.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Solid understanding of web development technologies and Agile methodologies.
- Strong remote communication skills.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (a plus).
