- Brindar soporte Remoto a Usuarios de diferentes Paises de Temas de Software y Hardware.
- Escalar a grupos resolutores incidentes que ameriten dicha acciòn
- Apoyo a agentes de Nível 1
- Seguimiento a casos particulares o masivos que llegan a la mesa de servicio.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Estudiante de Carreras en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afines
- Experiência en Servicio al Cliente, preferiblemente de manera remota
- Indispensable Ingles Avanzado
