Wazoku are creating a new pivotal Automation role which will have a direct impact on the success of our Product Releases. This is a high profile role with great opportunity for growth within the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform Regular Analysis of Test Runs - Triaging Failures, performing root cause Analysis, driving resolutions for Script or Product Issues
- Reporting and Flagging Issues to the relevant stakeholders and taking the Lead to ensure that Test Runs are moving towards a full pass rate as quickly as possible.
- Work closely with the QA Manager and QA Lead to Analyse our Manual Regression Suite & Create an Automation Coverage Roadmap
- Implement the Automation of the Manual Regression Tests
- Assist the QA team in the Implementation of the Automation tests for New Features
- Collaborate closely with the QA and Product Teams to understand the priority of Automation and Coverage required
- Drive the Automation Process within Wazoku - using available tools like Jira, Jenkins and Test Rail (Test Case Management tool)
- Work with the QA Lead and QA team to help upskill those interested to write & maintain Automation Scripts
- Update & Maintenance of Scripts as the product evolves through new Features
- Configure and maintain test environments & test data

- Interested in learning new tools & processes and rolling it out to others

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Setting up UI/API test frameworks
- Understand CI/CD Principles
- Understands web development principles and well versed in request-reponse cycle.
- Understands Unit, Integration and E2E testing principles.
- Experience in devising, managing and implementing effective testing strategies
- Strong experience with typical Automation Languages such as Python, JavaScript
- Strong experience with Selenium
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies & tools
- Knowledge of distributed version control systems such as Git Has Experience Upskilling others in Automation implementation

Salary range $7,000,000 - 8,300,000 COP monthly depending on experience
