**About The Role**:
Leads the technical part of localization projects, performs the engineering work and coordinates the deliveries from the suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:
You would become a Localization Lead and your job would consist mainly of two parts:
Organizational: after receiving files for translation from our clients, you will assign work to our external translators, and make sure that they understand what to do and that they deliver on time.

Technical: you will check the source files and correct any errors, as well as create improvements to simplify your work.
- Cooperates with the Project Manager on the technical preparation of the project, its execution and final evaluation.
- Coordinates and performs project engineering tasks.
- Prepare daily projects for handoff and/or client delivery.
- Allocate jobs to appropriate resources and maintain communication with them during project lifecycle.
- Work with supply chain for resource related escalations or needs.
- Work with PMs to track project status and potential risks for delivery delay.
- Assures the engineering work is being performed correctly, according to the project instructions, per deadlines and quality requirements.
- Analyses and tracks project tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinates the deliveries from the suppliers and monitors their status.
- Participates in the implementation of new tools, their testing and evaluation.
- Communicates with project team, support departments, partners and suppliers under the supervision of Project Manager or Localization Lead/ Localization Lead Senior.
- Modify existing documentation or create small articles.
- Performs final quality checks before delivery to the client.

**Requirements**:

- Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and oral
- Previous working experience as Localization Lead / Translator of 2 years is preferred.
- Experience with CAT tools and localization is preferred
- Bachelor´s degree, interest in IT, computers is preferred.
- Previous relevant work experience task coordination or communication with clients is an advantage
- Knowledge of XML, HTML file formats.
- Basic programming skills (scripts) is an advantage.
