Puntilla seeks a person for the Catalog Manager Junior position and will be under the direct guidance and supervision of the company's Distribution / Rights Manager.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and innovative artists in the Latin music scene and play a vital role in bringing their music to the masses. **Duties**:

- Create asset labels per song, web, or music video where the artist, guest artists, or label.
- Make an average of 2k claim videos daily, optimizing our assets.
- Weekly download of the entire catalog of assets. Oversee that today's web, sound recordings, and music video assets are updated with the correct label.
- Monthly download of Revelator catalog and cross-reference with Youtube catalog.
- Create a weekly and monthly report with all new web and music video assets in the catalog.
- Recommend process modifications and improvements.
- Document frequently asked questions and their answers.
- Create asset labels by song, web, or music video.
- Daily creation of claim videos optimizing our assets.
- Downloading the complete asset catalog every week.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge and understanding of the digital music ecosystem.
- Passion for working with Latin music
- Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish, fluent; read, speak, write.
