**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Support LBM identifying brand / group of brand opportunities growth opportunities based on market trends, competitors’ analysis, consumer trends, etc.
- Assure marketing plan initiatives implementation under LBM supervision.
- Fully responsibility for the P&I control & Follow Up generating opportunities and watchouts for the LBMs & Marketin Head.
- Active participation on Brand Strategy discussion with Groupers, LBMs & Regional Marketing Structures.
- Coordinate & Control Local Marketing research initiatives under LBM Supervision.
- Active participation on creative brand processes for new communication, PR, Packaging, etc always assuring alignment with Marketing Head, LBM & Regional Marketing Structures. MARKET ANALYSIS.
- Constantly track local market trends though modelling and segmentation, competitor’s benchmark and reporting structure with the aim of supporting the decision-making process for the LBMs & Marketing Head.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar careers.
- At least 5 years of brand management experience in the Healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Advanced English and Spanish, level both written & spoken.
- OTC industry experience and local market experience will be an advantage.
- Assertive communication and active listening.
- Result oriented while managing resources efficiently.
- Influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking builder with solid conflict management.
