**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and manage relational databases, including creating tables, optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring efficient data storage.
- Identify and resolve technical problems related to code, database, or server configuration.
- Generate comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions.
- Provide timely support and address assigned requirements.
- Create innovative solutions to strengthen current processes.
- Ensure data quality and integration.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Improve integration processes.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Understand stakeholder needs.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge and experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and SQL.
- Proficiency with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
- Familiarity with web security principles.
- Knowledge of version control tools.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA is desirable.
- Bilingual with a high level of proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in the health and travel insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive in presenting creative solutions to problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

**Education and Experience**:

- Professional degree in systems, computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
