Senior React Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Optimize front-end code for speed and responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in ReactJS.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and/or Next.js.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) for front-end testing.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing accessible UI.
- Previous contributions to open-source projects related to ReactJS.
