A Lead Microsoft Power BI Administrator is needed to join our remote team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configuration and setup of Power BI environments, including workspaces, data sources, gateways, and connections
- Implementation and enforcement of data governance policies and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
- Management of Power BI artifacts, such as reports, dashboards, datasets, and dataflows
- Provision of user support and troubleshooting assistance for Power BI users, including resolution of technical issues and clarifying Power BI functionality
- Performance monitoring of Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets to identify optimization areas
- Integration of Power BI with other Microsoft and third-party tools and services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services
- Management of Power BI licenses and subscriptions for users and groups
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI Architecture and Platform Administration
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills for managing and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experience in automation, optimization, and enhancement of Power BI processes and workflows
- Familiarity with content lifecycle management processes, including versioning, archiving, and deletion of unused or obsolete content
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to monitor and optimize performance and solve technical issues
- Experience in integrating Power BI with other Microsoft and third-party tools and services
- English fluency with an advanced level of proficiency for effective communication with team members and stakeholders
