We are looking for the best talent to prepare call center staff in order to attain customer satisfaction. You will ensure that agents comply with the standards of quality, language skills and technical knowledge required by the client and our company.

Main tasks:
Ensure trainees expected performance.

Maintain an innovative and effective teaching methodology.

Ensure language, product and quality standards are met across the floor.

Provide additional support to Operations per client or requirements.

Fully comply to applicable regulatory requirements, policies and procedures established by our company and any of its client.

Perform other functions as directed by immediate superior.

To join our team as our next Trainer, you must meet the following requirements:
1+ year of experience working as a Call Center/BPO Trainer.

Advanced English Skills.

Should be comfortable working in any shift

Knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

**Salary**: $2,700,000 - $4,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bucaramanga, Santander: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
